If you haven't already I would suggest starting with the trackers. Track your food, water and exercise and start setting goals. Even if the goals are small to start just start working on them. We are all here to make healthy lifestyle changes.

Also, get involved in our challenges and stay involved in our forums. I am a firm believer that you will get out of this site what you put in. Commit to spending time taking care of yourself and everything else will start falling into place!

Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to help where I can!

With you on my team and me on yours we are bound to succeed!

I allow myself to re-post what I wrote in the general board ... it is all so much to browse thru and I feel overwhelmed O.O

...
yep that pretty much describes the past almost 6 years ... and instead of loosing the weight I had gained after have some issues with my lung.... I practically gained weight. Some pounds from the medicine, some from the 100 to 0 in terms of competitive sports to null sports, and some out of frustration and desperation

My name is Annie, I'm 34 yrs old - and by summer next year I really want to have stepped out of this vicious circle. Meaning I plan on losing about 70kg. Which is around 1 kg per week, doable I'd say...........and I don't have much of a choice due to a really bad spine - already had surgery 2 years ago - and some other physical problems.

Why being here: I hope it keeps me on track and pulls me back on the waggon if I tend to fall or even fell off.

A short intro to me that is, but I tried to stay with the most important points ;)
