It can be discouraging when you don't lose as fast as you expected, but you just have to keep reminding yourself that any step in the right direction is better than giving up!! :) Keep it up!!

Hi everyone, I am relatively new to Spark, I started about 2 weeks ago...ish. I am working out a lot, and eating all the right things...and losing about a pound a week, thus far. Thought it would be more, (I mean I exercise a lot!) but I'll take what I can get. Since I quit smoking, it's been difficult to get my metabolism going, so I am delighted to see that I am finally reversing things! Little by little, and I can tell by how my clothes fit and feel. But I feel reborn...energized, recommitted to yself. And that's a good thing. :-)
