My name is Carmen I have 2 little girls (6/9) all my like I have been over weigh. I googled and found this site and I think it is awesome so I am going to give this a shot, I feel confident that I can do this now because this site tells me what to do and what to eat. I don't have to figure anything out I just have to follow their instruction.
