Welcome, I understand about struggling with the eating part. It is something to work at daily. I have found that the support of people here really help with this. I just started on the SP meal plan today, I ate the first breakfast and it wasn't bad. I been on SP for a little over a month and I am just now really working on the food part. So it may take time but you will get a handle on it. Wishing you much success and again emoticon

Hi-I am a 38 yr old mom of 3 children and I have set a goal that I am not sure how all the time but know I can and will do! I will be 40 in 13 1/2 months and I want to go into that part of my life healthier than I have these last 20 years. I have a goal of 55 lbs with 5 lbs gone already. My exercise is going well but it's the eating part that I struggle with. I do see that since I have been exercising regularly my appetite has decreased but i think it will be an everyday "tweaking" to eat better. I am excited to be here and definitely know I am not a lone in this!
