@SINCERELYSAM, last time I was here I quit logging in when I reached my goal. This time I think I'll actually stick around after I reach my weight goal and either make a nutritional goal for pure health or just maintain. Btw, me losing weight has inspired my husband, who's aiming to lose 15 lbs. And I just found out that my cousin, who's 29, is working on losing weight too. Even though he hasn't hit the big 3-0, he's noticed his metabolism has slowed down. One of my friends who's my age was previously abnormally skinny and tried really hard to gain weight, so he's probably happy that his metabolism has slowed down now that he's in his mid-30s.

Hi, I've returned to SP, but last time I was here, I was in the 20 somethings group. Now that I'm a 30 something, I've learned that it's not the same as being a 20 something. I only have 30 lbs. to lose from my belly, but it's significant enough as my body wasn't meant to be this large. Once I hit that goal, I might aim for the goal I had when I was in my 20s, which is another 15 lbs.
