Welcome back!! I too am new again to Sparkpeople!! Have been off and on for years. Last time I was able to be consistent with it I was able to lose about 15#. I desperately need to find that motivation again to lose 25-30# this go round. Looking forward to some help finding motivation and determination!

Hello! I am Heather. I have two daughters (3 and almost 2). I was very active on SP in 2010 and have been a spark member since 2008. I haven't been on since 2014 and need to get back on track. In 2010 I lost 30 lbs and was 155 lbs. I let some things go with some changes that happened, had two babies and found myself at over 200 lbs at the beginning of the year. I started walking for 30 mins a day, then added weights and watching food portions and choices. I still hadnt lost weight. I increased my work outs and cut down more on my food choices, still feeling frustrated. I have been back on SP for a couple weeks now, going back to what helped me be successful previously.

I am 198 lbs presently and want to get to 160. I feel like this is a manageable weight goal. I would shoot to lose more but I feel like this is a huge starting point. Looking for SP buddies to touch base with, to stay motivated with, etc.
