Welcome to spark. This really is a great site. Get used to tracking your foods and exercise using the trackers. Spend some time looking around the site and seeing what's available and what you like the look of. Then come and get involved with some teams, like us and join in the posts. Oh and also, I would get started on creating your spark page, thats where people will come to say hello, find out about you and see how you're doing! Hi My name is Jennifer and I am a married 30 something year old mother of 2. I was sugguested to to this site by my heathly lifestyle coach that we have through our wellness program at work. When shortly before I turned 30 I was diagonesd with Rheumatiod Arthristis and started gaining weight due to some of the medication I was on, after a few years of steaditly gaining weight I had enough and started making goals through our wellness program and have shedded a few pounds but have now come to a place where I still need to lose more but nothing seems to be working, so here I am
