Good morning!
I lost 40lbs with sparkpeople 3 years ago. I foolishly stopped using sparkpeople after some time of maintenance.
When I worked strait nights, I found it easy to maintain my weight and stay healthy/make good choices.
BUT, now I'm a job where I rotate, sometimes multiple times a week. AND, I'm a house supervisor, so there is a whole new kind of stress.
When I worked strait nights I could stay consistent with workouts and planning and everything, but now I'm all turned around. I am having a hard time knowing when to eat, when to sleep, and how to function. HELP! My weight has steadily climbed over the last 6 months, and I don't feel good. I've struggled to keep working out, and done an okay job, but I have problems with insomnia now as well as eating right.
I'll take anything you can give me right now!
