Good morning! I used to be a member here about 10 years ago and managed to lose a bit of weight before falling off the wagon (as I usually end up doing). It was helpful, especially the calorie tracker, so here I am again. I've been exercising for about 2 weeks now and have completely revamped my diet - I cut out coffee (I was drinking about 6 a day) and soda and drink mostly tea & water now. I still eat bad food occasionally, but I'm really working on a healthier lifestyle. I recently went through a spurt of depression and life crisis (I'm told this actually happens a lot at my age - 27 - though it's not exactly mid-life), so I'm trying to change things for the better and make myself more "adult" and more accountable.
