Hi there,

I'm Rachel and new to the group. I just wanted to say hello, and I'm excited about getting to know everyone and getting on the straight and (hopefully narrow, lol) path to skinny-dom. I've done numerous "diets" here and there, but this is the first time I'm sitting down, counting calories, and whatnot, so I'm looking forward to seeing good results.
