Welcome to the team! I put on a lot of my weight after meeting my husband and getting a stressful job, it's funny how life can really get you off track. But, stick to that new catch phrase, I might actually steal it!

With that attitude, you will go far, for sure!

Hi there!

My name is Deidre, age 23, and I weight 260lbs and am 5'10''. My ideal weight is supposed to be 160lbs.

I am a recent college graduate and got a sedintary office job pushing paper. In college I was playing rugby. Doing that alone I lost 40 pounds in like 3-4 months. But then I met my current boyfriend and they injured my ankle folling down a flight of stairs. I was on crutches and unable to ply rugby or work out really at all. That was the beginning of my weight gain.

I was at around 200lbs when my boyfriend and I met, and then I gained back my 40 lbs plus 20! I felt extremely comortable at 200lbs because I knew most of it was muscle from playing rugby, but now its all fat.

I am typing this on my break at work and just got back from the bathroom. I noticed in the mirror that I was as wide as 4 4-inch tiles on the wall.... 16 inchs from butt to belly. that really disgusted myself.

As I type I am eating my morning snack, a fresh apple.

I know I can do this. I know I can loose the weight because I have done it before. I need to stay motivated. Because unless I see progress I get super discouraged.

My goal is to loose 10 pounds a month, and 100 by May 2013.

I really need a lot of encouragement to keep me motivated and in control, so I have come up with my catch phrase:

Motivate, Dominate, Loose Weight!
Because there is nothing I can fail at when I am in control.
