Hi Angie!

Losing wieght is hard work! Like you I have tried many many times to do it on my own with no success. I am kind of new here too, but have begun to track my food and exercise and trust me... it works. Sometimes it sucks, but it does work!

Stick to it and you can do it!

Hello and Welcome to the team. This is the best resource I have ever found. If you will do 3 things you can be successful. Track your calorie intake, get exercise and stay persistant.

Tracking calories keeps you accountable
Getting exercise will help speed things along and change your body style.(It is also a great stress reliever and tends to make a person feel great)
Stay persistant-you will fall off the wagon it is just a matter of when and if you pick yourself back up. As long as you continue to pick yourself back up you will be successful!!

Hi my name is angie and I am new to this whole support and tracking with my goals. Ive spent many years trying on my own with some sucess to lose weight but Ive never had enough support to keep me on task and held accountable. I am hoping that this will give me the insentive that I need to stay hopeful and positive and on task in my busy life to reach a healthy weight and improve my selfesteem
