Thank you very much for the warm welcome!

I am also going for the healthier lifestyle this time. And just joined a gym on Thursday, and I am really enjoying it this time around.

I love that your community is active, really enjoying back reading all the posts :)

This site is just want you need to get back and stay ON track! You lost the weight once before and you can and WILL do it again. First things first though.. You can not look at this as "dieting". Through Sparkpeople you can learn a "healthy lifestyle". I did the dieting thing before, I also lost 120 lbs and it came crawling back through some stress and 2 pregnancies. This time is different though because I'm not really "dieting" I'm living healthier and it is much easier this time around. -- Of course we'll have our hard times but that's when the people here come in.. we keep each other motivated and goals in mind.

I am 23 and just started dieting last Tuesday. I have tried so many times to lose weight. I have lost 120 pounds before the birth of my son, but since then I have just gained it all back and have not been able to get back on the wagon.

I have been having really bad anxiety about death lately, and I just can't be this way anymore. So I am really hoping to stick with it this time.

Hoping to get to know you all, and share in the weightloss experience!
