We are so glad that you joined Sparkpeople. You will find tons of useful tools here. It is also great that you and your husband are getting healthy together!
I have 3 kids and stay home, cook, clean, etc, so I know just how busy it can be, but try your hardest to make 10 minutes for yourself to exercise. If you have nicer weather, go outside with your kiddo and just play around a little.
I'm not sure how big of a city you live in, but try to get out and walk. Maybe you and your husband can walk together with the kids in the evening? Or if you have a Wii, play games with the kids...you won't believe how many muscles you use when playing some of those Wii games LOL!
Anyway, glad you joined our team. Keep a lookout on challenges. We always have mini challenges going and we do have some longer challenges that last 8 weeks. Our next challenge won't start until sometime next month or in March. :o)
