Way to go on trying SP again w/baby steps and for making it through your first year of homeschooling! Finding time to exercise is a big struggle for me, also. If I don't do it in the morning it rarely happens unless I include the kids.

This is my 3rd attempt at SP, setting more realistic goals this time around...baby steps right? We are on the tail end of our first year homeschooling. It's been an adventure for sure! I'm excited to start living a more healthy lifestyle so I can have more energy. My middle daughter has some major social anxieties and school with the constant noise and people was making her life miserable so we made the jump to homeschooling her a couple months after this school year started. My biggest struggle with this new journey so far has been trying to find time to get some exercise in with weather that yo-yos, lack of confidence about schooling, and just real life stuff that has to get done in addition to the elusive exercise routine.
