I have been on SP since February but haven't participated in any teams yet. I also have not had much success with my fitness and nutrition goals so I think I need to try something different.

I am the mother of three (11, 8, and 2). I have homeschooled for 2 1/2 years. I also work part time as a night shift nurse so organizing my time is very important to getting things done. I have not been doing well with this lately. I am trying to find ways to relieve my stress which includes making time for fitness and eating healthy. (This can be tough when my coworkers want to order Chinese at midnight and my husband can't live without his chips and donuts.) My 11 year old son is overweight and I want to give him an environment that will make him healthier without putting him on a "diet."

Okay - well thanks for listening and I'm looking forward to be part of the team.
