Hello ladies. I'm a 27 year old wife and mother of 3 (6yo, 4yo & 5mo) living for Jesus everyday. I am currently homeschooling the older 2 but we have got off to a rough start having a baby that nurses so frequent. As our baby is nearing 6mo I know I need to start getting my body back in order. I had a rough pregnancy this time and I think its because of the extra weight I gained. My body just felt like it was falling apart and everything hurt so bad. I had gained 15lbs before I even got pregnant then gained another 45lbs while pregnant. I'm aiming to be back at my normal weight before July next year. I can not cut calories until May as I am still nursing and need extra calories for her but we are going to start eating healthier and get the junk out of the house to start which should help. Then add in a little cardio and strength training In a few weeks. I'm also thinking of getting at least my 6yo involved too. While I was pregnant and eating terrible it spread to other family members as well and my son gained a bit of weight too. Hoping to stay on track and get back to feeling great.
