Thanks for the welcome! I made it through my first day and I love seeing the charts. It is eye opening to actually see what you are eating. I have done WW and it is all about a point. I just didn't realize the nutrients I was taking in. This is wonderful.
I actually walked today and did the first day of the 28 day challenge.
I am homeschooling 4 now with another one going off to college in the fall. I am also a director for Classical Conversations homeschool group so I stay very busy. Looking so forward to having all of the energy I need.

Welcome to Sparkpeople! I've been at it a month and it is amazing how much more energy I have.
I have four daughters - ages 14-20. So I'm down to homeschooling only the last one. I've got one girl on Sparkpeople and one on Sparkteens so they, too, are trying to improve their health. Even though they don't need to lose weight, they need to improve their fitness and we can do it together!

I am so excited to have finally joined Sparkpeople!
I am mom to 5 dc ages 8-19. We have been homeschooling for 11 years now. My oldest is a sophomore in college. They all keep me very busy but I need to take care of me. I also need more energy!
Looking forward to getting healthy..
