Hi, Just getting started today. I've already lost 29 lbs. over the past year, but I still have 33 more lbs to go. I have a lot of health issues, including Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage 3b) and Spark People was recommended to me by someone in my support group. I think this is just what I need to keep tract of my diet.
