Welcome! It takes a while to get use to tracking but it's worth it. Maybe set aside some time to go over the trackers so you know what's there and can just get it done each day. You can still eat well, just start training yourself to eat a little less. There are exercise routines done while sitting (chair exercise) videos both here and on YouTube that will give you a good workout, just don't do any of the exercises that hurt or make up your own version of them. It will be a lot of ups and downs but, if you stick with it, you can do this. As long as you don't quit, you're winning.

Good morning! I came across this site and decided to give it a go! I've been overweight and out of shape for years. In the past 5 months I got two new knees, which I had put off doing for far too long. I'm in the process of rehabbing, and it's time to get in shape and lose some weight! I do the majority of the cooking in our household, which includes my husband, my son and grandson. Though we eat pretty wel,l I am looking for easy healthy meals and snacks. I also need a better, low impact workout routine, because I deal with a lot of osteoarthritis.I'm not used to tracking my meals and exercise, so it's a learning process for me :)
