You just have to start. It doesn't have to be perfect. Any move toward attaining the goal of being Dash Diet compliant is good. Take a good look at the diet and see what of what you're already eating fits into it, then start changing the things that don't. Write it down, separate it out, make a chart, make a plan. There are some challenges here that might help you. Look under the Challenges tab above. And there are many articles on the Learn tab on nutrition.

I have HBP ,on meds that worked for a while but now don't seem to be working ,Doc. said at last visit she said The Dash way of eating would help, just can't seem to get started can't get the to that place .Thanks
