did these in the 90's and lost over 50 lbs. much younger then and more active but they worked for me. I need a strict plan to follow- I am not good at counting calories or "just eat 1000 calories a day". I need a food plan I can strictly follow- also as a single person I don't and cannot eat a large variety of food as it will go bad too quickly. I am an administrative assistant for the fed gov and on my feet 85% of the day but tend to also be an emotional eater and work is not pleasant. so I head for SF ice cream for dinner. if I have a concerted plan and goal I can do it- I basically know what I can eat for my t2 diabetes on meds (25 years) and my IBS-D, I just need to have it strictly set out for me (comes from being a college professor for30 years part-time! I need the structure and discipline!). mother of 2 magnificent cats age 11 1/2. only have from 5 to 9 pm a night free (I get up at 4:50 to give one cat his meds and off to work at 6 am and get home at 5) and have bone on bone left shoulder so exercise is limited but I found my melt-down Formu 3 plan a while ago and thought let's do this again- although I did far better on nutrabolic but it WAS so very restricted.
