Welcome, you're definitely a fighter so I'm betting you'll see this through. When we get older our bodies change on us and things that worked when we were younger just don't anymore. Maybe giving you're whole daily routine a "spring cleaning" would help. Change things up, rearrange things, rethink your goals. Might not help but it's kind of fun and challenging to do. Make sure you're getting enough sunshine. It's hard this time of year but well worth the effort.

I am a 75 year old lady who has struggled with weight all my life. When I was 30, I lost 100 pounds, from 228 to 128. Over the next 30 years, pounds snuck back on, topping at 226 in 2014. I am now "down" to 175, and so stuck, fighting to not gain a pound. I lost two close family members in the last few years, and occasionally depression grabs me for a few days, but that is improving rapidly.
