Welcome! Probably the best way to get started is to take the 21 Day New Member Challenge. It's on the Challenges page (the link is at the top of this page). When you've finished that one, look over the other challenges and take the one that has the most benefit for you. Eventually you may end up taking all the challenges because they give you goals to meet and help exchange bad habits for good ones.

Aloha! I need to get on a program that will help me lose weight. But what's more important is I am a diabetic, have high blood pressure, kidney problems, and thyroid problems. Having a hard time getting started. I just want to feel better and get in control of my life. Mahalo
