I don't use them but I am lactose intolerant. You can buy OTC chewable tablets that you take with your first bite/drink of milk products (whey Is one of those) and it replaces the lactaid that your body use to make.

Amazon suggests No Udder Protein powder:

There probably are others. Can you skip the powder and just increase the number of protein rich snacks you eat during the day?

Hi, I had a gastric sleeve 2 years ago. I need to find a protein mix that is lactose free. I am having the most difficult time. I tried Unjury, and Whey protein products. I used to be able to use Unjury. I cannot tolerate either now. I use almond or cashew or coconut milk. I cannot use soy milk. I have GI Problems including GERD. i would be appreciate any suggestions. tHANKS.
