Welcome. There's a lot you can do. If you spend some time reading old post here you'll see a variety of things that help. Of course, anything natural takes more time then medications but, even if you're already on medication, increasing you omega 3 intake with fish oil, flax seed, etc. will help. There is OTC plant sterols in pill form and also included in some margarines. Increasing you're fiber intake, and, of course, exercise helps the body help itself. PS You might want to set up your Spark Page so everyone can offer encouragement. The New Member Challenge (on the Challenge tab above) can help you with that.

My sister-in-law swears by garlic pills to lower cholesterol. I took them & between that and losing a bit of weight mine dropped by 17 pts
