Welcome! Maybe this time start out concentrating on changing over to a healthy diet and including exercise every day and don't worry about the weight loss until you feel comfortable with those changes. Try to change from a stress eater to a stress cleaner or a stress pacer.

Well, I'm here trying again and wanting to do it by healthy eating and cutting down on how much I eat. I'm a compulsive stress eater, ugh. I'm an insulin and pills diabetic type 2. Gotta change my life style or it's not gonna be good. I'm an old crone and I want to live many more years...
