Hi, I am a 65 year old grandma. I lost 70 pounds several years ago and kept it off for many years. However, I broke my arm and injured my knee which stopped my ability to exercise like I once did. If I exercise regularly I seem to be able to eat better. I have regained 45 pounds and feel terrible. It has been like a snowball effect. I am hoping to lose the weight and regain a healthy lifestyle even with a knee that hurts at times.
