Welcome! It's not necessary to do high impact exercise. Just find a way to keep moving. Lots of people walk or do walk aerobics. If you can find a way to swim and do water aerobics that would be great but if not spend some time checking out low impact aerobic exercise on YouTube to see if you can find what fits for you. Strength training is also important, but, again, you don't have to do the hard stuff. Look for something gentle to start with. Body weight exercises are a good start and later maybe get yourself a light pair of dumb bells from Walmart.

Hi, I was in a car accident 18 yrs ago and gained 90 lbs.u I don't motve well. I tend to focus on what I can't do rather than what I can. . I can do light exercise and ride a bike. Would love to get myself back in the pool. Joined Spark People for help and support
