I think we could be good support for each other, Elsa. You get exercise but struggle with eating and I am am very good about eating right but not getting exercise.

Welcome. This site can be overwhelming. Give yourself some time to learn it, but do track what you're eating now so you can get an idea where to start. There are several challenges on the Challenges tab at the top of this page. You might check those out and see if one fits. The 21-Day New Member Challenge is a good place to start. Hello, I am Elsa. This is the first time I do something like this so I am not sure how it goes. I need to lose weight. I want to lose weight. However, I am succumbing to temptations. I am also dealing with a very slow metabolism because I am going through a medical induced menopause. I work out 3 to 4 times a week for about 45 minutes, mostly cardio. I do not think exercising is my problem, eating is my problem. Any words of encouragement are appreciated.
