Swimming and walking. With an artificial knee and arthritic knee, hips, and back, I opt for the buoyancy of water and yet I love being outdoors in the sun walking which my PT says is still the best exercise!

Walking, but I've run into a problem with my hips if I walk too much so I'm trying to use the stationary bike more.

Walking/hiking. Often times I like to go somewhere I have not been before, even if it is in town window shopping, down streets, or in natural areas. (Just a bit afraid of heights.)
