Welcome. So sorry to hear about your fibromyalgia. I took a tai chi class once that was given by a woman who had started practicing it to lessen the pain of her fibromyalgia. She said it really helped but you have to go slow and not overdo at first. Tai chi, don't right, is a great way to build strength and endurance. There are many articles here on lots of subjects here. You might find some help among them. Exercise or no, just getting your eating habits in line is a big help. Also, if you haven't already, check here:

Hi my name is Isobel, I have 40+ pounds to lose. I am finding it very hard! Especially the motivation to exercise . I have Fibro Mialga so hurt much of the time.
