Hello. I am a recent retired school teacher. Because of several health issues I am unable to do a lot of exercises and activities that I would like to do. Due to my sedentary lifestyle and hypothyroidism, I have gained a lot of weight. I am so ready to make some changes in my lifestyle in order to become more healthy. how lucky for me that SparkPeople is available for free to help people like me and look forward to loosing some weight (45 pounds), to get where I should be.
