I signed p with SparkPeople a ling time ago and started and stopped several times. After several years of very stressful times I am returning with new enthusiasm and reasons for losing weight. I am making a commitment to myself to take care of myself by eating the right foods, losing weight and exercising. I am climbing up from the bottom but after surviving the past few years with a clear head on my shoulders, this should be easy to do. I wish you luck and success in your return trip.

I'm doing this for me!

Hi Fellow SparkPeople members. My name is Linda. I was on the SparkPeople program for about one year. It was the beginning of my weight loss journey. I had some health issues, had major pancreatic surgery, and took a break from the program. After losing weight post-surgery, I thought I didn't have to worry about weight gain, as it was effortless to lose the weight. As things stabilized, my late-night snacking and weight gain got the best of me. So, I'm back with SparkPeople, trying to eat more nutritiously, exercising regularly for both weight and health. It's good to be back.
