Hello, I have never done anything like this, I have tried but not followed thru. I am 65 overweight, diabetic, have high blood pressure, had cancer, and have recently been in the clinics with a serious infection to my stomach. kind of a wrech huh? not to mention a husband that wants me to go on a complete plant based died. I don't know where to start. I am kind of overwhelmed and looking for some ideas. I can oonly eat so many black beans, I do like meat, so any ideas?
