Hi! I am a 56 year old woman who gained 15 lbs with menopause and want to lose 10 of it before this gets any further out of control!!! I am very small framed so every sight I sign up for tells me I am already at a "healthy" weight and hasnt been able to help me, but believe me, I need to lose it. It is all in my belly and I look horrible, clothes do not fit. Anyone else in the same boat from menopause? I don't even recognize myself. Looking for some ideas and support from those that have been successful in losing the menopausal weight
