Welcome. The most motivating thing here is the tracking. Record the food you've eaten after every meal and your exercise as soon as you finish it. Be honest. No one sees it but you. Then just before going to bed review your day, record your "Other Goals" and make a plan for what changes you are going to make the next day. Doing the challenges help, too. You can do this!
