I am a 56 yr old female in Michigan. I need to lose at least 50-70 lbs. Have tried many diets and gain what I lose and more. Feeling very frustrated and need support and motivation. I love to eat so I need ideas on what I should and should not eat. I am from Kansas originally so typically a beef, potatoe and vegetable girl. Don't exercise (I know I should), have a desk job. Would love friends to talk to for advise and support. Look forward to a successful journey.
