My Name is Julia Miller I'm 46 years old my birth day is June 3, 1969. I weigh 195 pounds my goal is to lose 55 pounds. My height is 5'6 and I would like to maintain a healthy weight of 140 pounds by July 2016. I want to learn how to eat a healthy diet to maintain my cholesterol, fat, sodium, carbs, sugar, protein, etc. intake so I can maintain a healthy heart. Therefore I need to learn how to eat heart smart. I live alone, I don't have children, and I'm single.
