Welcome, Tammy. Once you get settled in a bit you might want to try the Tame Your Sweet Tooth challenge. It helps change those "reach for a sweet" habits. For the exercise, there are several seated cardio and strength training videos on this site and you can find a video for just about anything you want seated on YouTube. "Sit and Be Fit" (on YouTube and PBS TV) is always a good place to start and then you can look for things that are a bit more active. Holler if you need help.

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.--Socrates

Hi,
My name is Tammy. I'm 47 years old and a little under 2 years ago I had a kidney transplant. I've been having a hard time trying to loose weight after my surgery. I'm week when it comes to sweets and carbs. Having worked in the kitchen at a local hospital, I know what I have to eat to stay healthy. I'm just having problems sticking to a healthy diet. Any advice and support would be greatly appreciated. I also have had my right knee scoped 3 times which makes it hard for me to exercise.
Thank you for all your help and support,
Tammy
