I am being rather blunt but it is because I care so here goes: Try to work on your attitude. If you just wait around until you "feel" motivated you may never leave your chair or quit stuffing yourself. However if you take almost any kind of action such as read a motivational article on SP, fixing a healthy dish, going for a walk, reading or any other meaningful activity you may find your motivation returning. So go get'm girl. emoticon

There's a lot of us who can relate to that. I hope you are feeling better about yourself and that was a low period this morning. You are special and SP is here for support and motivation.

Can you do any challenges on the team you joined? Getting started is the hardest part, but once you start it will get easier.
