Welcome. Glad to have you on the team. This site can be a bit overwhelming at first so give it time. Start by tracking what you're eating and what exercise you're doing now and then decide what changes you need to make. There are a lot of good articles and videos to help with that and there are challenges to get you started.

My nickname is moose I am 46 and I need to loose weight.
I just won the cancer fight last year just had a total knee and I have got to get healthy. I miss work and my friends.joined hoping to lose 100 pounds and get healthy!🙏
