I like the Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine meals. They are low in cholesterol and usually lower in sodium than the other frozen dinners. They have a great variety, too, that works well for lunch or dinner. I take them to work for lunch quite often.

Another good option is the Starkist flavored tuna pouches and Minute rice individual serving bowls. I mix a tuna pouch with the rice bowl, which you microwave for one minute. The rice gets hot enough to heat up the tuna, too. I usually get the multi-grain medley or brown & wild rice combo. It gives me extra fiber and protein. You can add in some steamed or canned veggies, too.

I hope that helps. :)

Is there a brand that makes lower cholesterol foods/meals than other brands? I find it hard and really don't cook for 1 person. Any information, opinions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
