There's a check box on the Edit Your Spark Page page to make your Spark Page private. You may have accidently checked it. Otherwise you may have to check out the Help at the top of the page to see if you can find the answer.

I did set up my spark page, but there is no link to it. I don't know why it's not showing up.

Welcome. Start tracking what you are now eating on the nutrition tracker for a couple of days. It will give you an idea where you need to cut back. Also track your exercise so you can see if and how much you need to add. You'll catch on to the rest of the site as you go, just don't give up. You'll get there if you give yourself enough time.

You don't have to use the menus SparkPeople offer if you prefer not to. You can use any diet you want or make up your own. Once you see where you're at, look on the Community tab at the top of the page for Challenge Central. Pick a challenge that addresses one of the things you want to change and work through it.

P.S. You should set up your Spark Page so people can communicate with you and get to know you.

where do I begin? I am so confused! LOL! I need ideas... need to lose fast for 4 wks, then I can settle down and lose 1-2#wk. (surgery on 7/13)
