Welcome. LCertuche's advice is good. The difference between a failure and a setback is that with a setback you pick yourself up and try again, with a failure you just lie there in the dust of past attempts. Be sure to finish up your start page and open up a spark page to public and you will get all kinds of support. Each time a person starts again they are that much more likely to succeed. Read the articles, posts, and blogs posts from other members. It is a lot of fun. Small steps wins the race. I made the goal of 10 minutes of fitness a day and now I'm pounds less and feel so much better. Give it a chance. I belonged for almost a month before I saw any real weight loss but I stuck with it because I felt so much better.
