Calling it a fide is often a bad idea. PLEASE it is a healthy lifestyle.

DIETS come and go but in reality your food is your diet.

Feed yourself properly
Learn about what we eat to keep our body healthy and strong.

AVOID what will just make us obese.

Go for it!

Welcome. This isn't really a diet. There are menus suggested but you decide what to eat and when. Here you learn about eating right and exercising and slowly make small changes in what you're currently doing that will carry you along a journey to better health, which includes a more healthy weight.

Some people chose to use a specific diet that they feel will work for them and others, like me, just eat healthy on my own.

Anyhow, we all have ups and downs. The trick is to recognize your down times and work through them knowing things will get better. Maybe make some changes to peak your interest again. The only thing that's important is that you don't quit!
