Welcome. Glad you've joined the team. You might start by tracking what you're doing now, both food and exercise, on the trackers and reading some of the weight loss articles (there's an Articles & Videos tab at the top of the page). Then set some small goals and practice reaching them. That's how this works - small goals reached add up to big goals reached.
