Thanks, I'll try the help to see if I can learn more. I've set my goal to lose 35 lbs. but my doctor said it really should be 45. But I have been 35 lbs lighter in the last 10 years so I think that is attainable and I felt good when I was at 140 lbs. The last 10 lbs. I gained seems to be in my belly and I know that is not healthy.

SP has a lot of resources so take your time to explore them. I first started using the nutrition and fitness tracker. Then when I got using those down I introduced myself to more things. emoticon
