It does take time. Read about the cholesterol issue. Make sure if there is anything you do not understand and make a note of it to ask your DR.
The more you know about the condition the better it is to improve your numbers. There are more pieces of the puzzle, HDL, LDL and triglycerides.
My Cholesterol is almost on target but my Triglycerides are way over 300. That is why it is more difficult there are three parts to it.
Read all you can about it. Just go to the SPARK search and write in CHOLESTEROL.
You can do it and stay on track with your Doctor. Pat in Maine. emoticon
