Working to losing 30 pounds. I am 65 years young and want to be back in shape. Let myself go to crap for the last two years. Will enough poor me crap. Back in the gym and working out at a slow pace to build up again. three times a week to start. My eating habits got really bad so I thought I would give this a try.
